When a credit has been applied to your account, you will be able to see the balance in your family balance on your customer page.
If you have a payment plan in place, The payment plan will halt collection for the credited amount so that the credit can be used. This will be taken care of by the Program Director.
If you want to utilize credits on your account for a new program or season, there are two options available at this time.
- You can always call the facility and any manager can get you registered for the program that you are looking for and utilize the credits on your account.
- You can register for any class or program, and then simply send an email to your program director, or to CustomerSupport@vettasports.com after you register and they can retroactively apply the credits to your new enrolment.
