1. Log into your account. You can do so using this LINK.
2. Once you are logged in, you will click the My Profile button
3. On this page you can update your email address, aswell as add your mobile number and carrier if you want SMS reminders
4. At the bottom of the page, you will find your Communication preferences
5. After you have put in any updates, please click the save button
6. to opt into Tempo Emails, please click this LINK
